Service Description
Birth can be an unpredictable experience that has the potential to leave an energetic and physical imprint on us. Through this unique ceremony facilitated by Shelli, a holistic doula and reproductive practitioner, you will use breath work, somatic movement, intention, and physical objects (stones, flowers, candles, etc...) in a beautiful healing experience. This ceremony can aid in releasing stored trauma and emotions, as well as celebrating aspects of your experience you would like to keep with you. Whether you gave birth this year or 50+ years ago, this ceremony is potent and powerful in a safe, judgement-free space.
