Meet Shelli

As a certified Reflexologist, Energy Practitioner, and Doula, I specialize in supporting people on their healing journeys, particularly with chronic pain, fertility, anxiety, reproductive health, and overall wellness. My approach is deeply rooted in connection, as I believe in truly understanding each client's unique path and needs. By creating a safe, nurturing space, I empower my clients to take charge of their healing, helping them feel seen, supported, and deeply nourished.

Shelli is a certified reflexologist, reiki master, and doula through By the Moon International School where she also completed her training as a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner.

Shelli also received labor and postpartum doula certifications from The Matrona.
